    My husband and I hired Party time productions for DJ, Photography, and videography for our wedding, August 2023. Before the wedding ***** communicated quickly with us. He was polite and professional. However, 2 months after the wedding, we had an issue with our video. The flash drive that was sent to us, did not work! We contacted *****, leaving multiple messages asking for a Facetime meeting so we could show him what the disc was doing. ***** has ghosted us. He doesn't answer any of our texts, or phone calls. The videographer, told us that it was our computer. However, we tried the flash drive in my sister's computer as well as in a brand-new computer HP that my husband bought!!! It's not working in any computer. We paid for a service, and we aren't getting any response at all! 5 months after the wedding and we haven't heard a word from the company! . I wouldn't trust this company with the most important day of your life! We also spoke with the photographer from the company. After viewing the pictures, we asked about a few things and gave polite feedback. The photographer told me I was high maintenance, I could never be pleased and that I am disgusting! She also hung up on me and sent me text messages saying the same thing! She didn't edit one picture! The quality of the pictures is mediocre. As for the *** before the event, we completed the website which was nicely designed. However, the day of the wedding, we didn't hear half of what we asked to be played, and ***** mixed all of our music. He was rude to some of my guests. When I spoke to him immediately after the wedding, I suggested he ask couples if they want music mixed. We are a older couple and wanted oldies, and yet we didn't get what we asked for. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! They are unprofessional after they get your money!
