    I hosted a party here. The hostess **** was rude and disrespectful. She did not even help with the party except to start the game. The balloons as part of the decorations were deflated and she got upset because I inquired about it. Before the end of the party I called ************* who apparently isnt on-site. She basically told me this was her best employee and I was not being honest. After the party the young lady called my phone and called me names. I again reached out to ************* to inform her. She again told me I was lying and threatened to call the police on me. I am appalled and have never been treated so horribly.

    We are very sorry you felt this way, but we stand behind ****, she has hosted over 40 parties and has never had one complaint only accolaids. Many of the requests being made (such as the balloons) were unrealistic to deal with during a party on a busy Saturday. Lastly, **** did not call and you'd threatened to call on her before we told you that we would if you did not stop the harassment.
