    This dealership is a complete joke. Thank God I am done with them. Bought a vehicle from them. Every single time I went in for service it was hours upon hours of a waitscheduled myself for a tire rotationand after waiting almost two hours, I was told they could not do it because they had a tire sale and those customers came firsteven though I had scheduled an appointment weeks prior. Scheduled again for an oil change and tire rotation againwas chargedbrought my vehicle home to find out they never rotated my tires and they never actually did an oil change. The oil was low still and because I mark my tires, I knew they were not rotated. Received a call from the Manager claiming they did not do it because the service tech was older and couldnt perform the tasksthen why charge me?! Turned in my lease and was told everything looked great!! Only to find out 3 weeks later that I was being charged over $800 for a sticker on the glassthat they said they would remove. Stay clear of this place at all costs!

    The dealership and *************************** have always treated me first class. I have dealt with them on several purchases and have no complaints.

    Classic bait and switch. Was told via email that they could order the vehicle I wanted, even asked twice to make sure and still have text messages to verify. Once I arrived at the business was told that the color I asked twice about was not available, but they could get another. Don't waste your time (I had a 3+ hour drive) just to get a run around.
