    I recently got service for my 2018 RAM I brought the truck in on the wrong day but the service guy said I can choose to leave it and they will get to it when they can. I would have returned on the correct day, but he said I could just leave it. After a couple of days I sent my wife to check on the progress , it wasn't ready yet. the service guy said he called me later that same day, I got no call nor voicemail the service person was very rude to me and my wife, he started trouble with me about a phone call I made earlier today. I was there just to pickup my truck. I didn't say anything to him, but he felt the need to remind me about the earlier phone call. he said that I was rude and disrespectful to him. why did he need to say anything to me, I had no business with him. I never been treated like this before. the msnager ask me to leave and that he was going to call the police on me. I have bought many cars and trucks from this location. I am in total shock of the service department attitude and lack of professionalism. **********
