    HORRIBLE CAR DEALERSHIP REPUTATION I never heard back from you in regards to why I have not received my fuel reimbursement as of yet. My address is only perhaps 15 minutes from The Spitzer location, so if it was indeed taken care of an mailed, I would have had it a while ago. You have to understand that when I brought my car back into the service department for the 4th / 5th time since I drove off of the car on December 1, 2023, everything pertaining to this car is sensitive, because this is the behavior of a customer being sold a lemon at Spitzer Toyota Dealership. You and another gentleman, ( I do not recall his name, but he is the only tall and heavy set individual who works in the service department ), advised me that my car would be in the shop getting worked on for about a week and a half. I was given a RAV 4 rental truck, the same way that I had before being there when my car was getting worked on again, I pulled off with it almost at empty. Therefore, filling it up the next day wouldn’t seem odd due to me being told that my car would be in the shop for over an hour and a half. Unbelievably, after my car being in the shop for a day, I was told my car was fixed and ready. Therefore, under the circumstances, that is the reason why I submitted to be reimbursed for filling up the car. Unfortunately, it’s taken over a little over a week and I still haven’t received my fuel reimbursement. Toyota Spitzer has not been a good steward towards me as a customer as a whole and I’m highly disappointed.

    I personally called ***************************** upon receiving this complaint. In my initial conversation and the only conversation I had with ***************************** concerning this complaint she denied making the complaint. Upon speaking to accounting we had in fact issued a check to ***************************** and mailed it to her current address ******************************************************* denied receiving said check. We then cancelled the first check and our service team personally handed ***************************** a the refund of gas she used in our loaner vehicle. This is not common practice when given a loaner at no charge or a rental. I have requested by email that ***************************** only direct her concerns, phone calls or any communication with Spitzer Toyota to myself. I will work to achieve an amicable solution. ************************************** General Manager Spitzer Toyota
