    I had someone pick up my order on May 13 for my sons 2nd birthday party. I ordered in the store 14$ worth of pretzels and was told I have to wait to order the hot dog pretzels due to them not being in stock at the time I couldn’t pay for it- they told me to add that on the day of. I called the day off and added the hot dog tray to the order for someone to pick up everything. She picks it up for me (she paid for it, I paid her later). It gets to the venue and completely wrong order. My friend tried fixing it for me (IM AT MY SONS BDAY) Philly pretzel factory wouldn’t do anything for me unless I came in with all my receipts they tell my friend. I’m upset now because I just called them and they said they fixed the order it will be waiting. They go back on everything they say. I go in. They won’t do anything for me besides TEXT the boss. I’m begging to call them because this is taking so long and I’m ignored. I call corporate FINALLY after FINDING a corporate card in the lobby at 1PM. My sons party started at 1pm. Once I call corporate, they TEXTED the store to give me my order. ANOTHER 22minutes it took. I was texting the person from corporate because they texted me first. And I have written proof she told me to coke in for a cash refund. I said thank you then also texted to confirm because they’re horrible. She said yes it will- and offered me other stuff too and I declined. I just wanted my refund. And to forget they exist. …. I’m on my way to the store (I’m paying my nanny with this cash I was promised and I get a call from someone ELSE in corporate saying that person misspoke and they’re not giving me a cash refund. Well- this cash was promised and let me say DESERVED. this needs rectified. I have screenshots of everything
