    This was my 1st time getting glasses. You can only try on the frames with plastic lenses. I asked if I don't like them what are the options? Initially I was told nothing, then with the coverage I had 30 days then it turns out I was told 60, but they don't like telling patients that timeframe. I got the glasses and tried them on and said it was hazy and dull looking. No concern on there part they already made the sale. I was ordered glasses for when I experience certain eye symptoms which could be at any time so I said well I won't wear these until needed. When I got the symptoms I put the glasses on and there was a permanent glare in the left lense, tiny clear specs and things looked foggy vs more crisp. I called the location. Told nothing could be done, but then come in. Sounded strange because sure something could be done and ultimately wasted my time.
    A lady seemed bothered, put the glasses up, and said they're fine. Did she have a microscope or even listen or care ? No. She said the glasses are fine. Oh ok they sound fantastic. I completed a survey I was emailed and the opthalmologist reached out and we didn't really get anywhere. I'm not happy with the quality of the glasses and potential defects and they didn't do anything to make it better despite some 60 day period to fix glasses a customer isn't happy with that they finally got to wear.
