    Ordered a mystery box. 1. Was not the right thing. And 2 it took over a month to get here and they said they emailed everyone when they didnt,Would not recommend

    Hey! Im very sorry you had a bad experience with our mystery box. 

    1. It is a mystery box, so Im not sure how it couldnt be the right thing. Its a mystery. 

    2. In the description it states what it includes (2) Tees , (1) Beanie/Hat, (1) ******* bonus entries pack, + a chance at our $1000 golden ticket. 

    3. If there was an issue and you didnt received (2) shirts and (1) hat, simply email our support team at ******************************** and we will get you the correct items sent immediately & free of charge. 

    4. Lead times were estimated to be 2-3 weeks, they didnt ship for about 3-4 weeks so I will agree and take accountability for that. We had a very large amount of people enter our Halloween themed giveaway and we just got super overwhelmed with orders. We have since hired 2 new people & our systems in place to keep these lead times down to a reasonable timeframe. My apologies for the extended wait time. 

     

    Again, Im very sorry you didnt have a good experience. I will urge you though to please reach out if something isnt right. We WILL make it right. Thank you
