    I recently went to Lowe's to buy Bali Faux Wood blinds. I was told that the manufacturer because of the size of the window, Springs Window would have to customize the blind, however they did not tell me that only half the trim on top would be provided. From the outside it definitely looks terrible showing the holes, ropes and brackets.

    When I emailed Springs for the trim to have installed they told me for any blind over 48" trim is not provided. Something "no one" told me about!

    I was also told by Spring if I did not like the job take it down and bring it back to Lowe's. Spring Window wanted a senior citizen to take down a blind they charged me a $90 forklift charge to put on truck, how horrible is that??
    Then when I told them I was not capable of taking their mess down, they told me to take it up with Lowe's, so I did. The installer came back and to make a long story short both the manufacturer and the store wipe their hands leaving the mess behind and me with a $300+ cost!
