    Attempting to have the collateral on our home removed (even if they use our new home) There has been very little communication it was basically that we are at their mercy and they can move as slow as they choose. We have a buyer for the home unable to move forward 7/19 email inquiring about collateral 9/19 email from me requesting response 9/20 Message that he would call after his meeting--we spoke and he stated that he would put the required docs in my portal 9/21 emails back and forth between us--page 11 he is asking for settlement sheet for the home that is the property in question his "also please provide the settlement sheet for *******' **** once it goes under contract". We are unable to sell it so we sent over the realtors sheet in it's place 9/21 uploaded everything, sent an email, page 18 of PDF you can see that I let him know no response 10/27 next email from me 10/31 email stating that he just missed my call he will call in a few--I've yet to get a call back from him 11/2: Email from me no response pg 19 11/3 email from me, no response when requested any update--automated out of office from ******, reached out via email and phone, requested more in the portal, it was submitted, I put that in email on pg 20 of pdf 11/6 Email she will review and advise 11/7 Asked if they had everything they needed from me, once she reviews and touches base with my account manager to bring him up to speed she will communicate if anything else is needed on my end.11/8 I emailed asking for a timeline, explaining that I thought I was doing the right thing by starting the conversation in August 11/9 She is requiring new info, 2021 taxes which were a requirement with the original loan uploaded them and the updated YTD Interims 11/9 I emailed that it was all in the portal neither of them responded to me 12/6 email from me to ****** (my loan manager) inquiring about anything else needed with no response. Phone messages left as well but were not documented on my end
