    I am forced to pick a star. This place has gone downhill every year for the last 10 years. Unfortunately it's the only wheelchair company my insurance uses. Half the time they lose the paperwork, you have to stay on top of them because they will not do their jobs. Now they have, what they refer to as upgraded, is a new system completely computerized. So I received a text saying this is the day of your appointment we will get you more information as the time gets closer. The morning of the appointment you receive a text giving you a 4-Hour time block on when you need to be available. There is no what is good for you at all. Now I'm told they have tripled their clientele, they couldn't handle the clientele for the last 10 years and now they've tripled it. I have been waiting for a battery for 9 months now I'm sitting for 4 hours waiting to have it put in and would you believe they are not here yet and it's already an hour after the 4-Hour time block. If you can avoid this company DO SO
