      I spent a year and thousands of dollars with World Wide Stereo after hiring them to upgrade the audio in my car. So much money was spent directly and so much time at work was missed.They consistently failed to provide the service they sold or accurately diagnose all of the problems they caused. And now they don't even return my calls or emails. So I am stuck. Feels bad.

      I havent received my order and this company is not trying to help me with a replacement. Ive been robbed out of my MONEY!!!! This item was delivered to another home or lost! CSR couldnt help me solve my issue or problem! As a unsatisfied customer Im very disappointed!!! Horrible experience! Dont buy from this company! There scammers

      I have been trying to purchase an expensive audio receiver from this SCAM of a company with shocking results. At first, I have been receiving multiple (almost spammy) emails from them to continue the putrchase that was in the cart for a few days. Then, when I was finally ready to make the purchase, I put in my debit card details and got an email confirming the purchase. Immediately after that, I got another email saying that they had cancelled the purchase. I contacted customer support via the chat widget on their website and received terrible service. They said that it was because the card failed authorization and they told me to try again. When I went to make the purchase again, the item was suddenly out of stock. i told the customer care representative who assured me it was not because the item was out of stock. I set-up an alert to get notified when the item was back in stock. A few minutes later, I got an email to let me know it was suddenly back in stock. I went to purchase it right away, this time with a credit card (that definitely has no issues as I had used it to purchase something on Amazon a few hours earlier), and experienced the EXACT SAME ISSUE. I have checked both my debit card and my credit card and the payment is still being taken off my accounts - thousands of dollars in total. This is a scam and the company should be held accountable.

      Made my first purchase recently from World Wide Stereo. There was an issue that arose during the shipping process that was at no fault of WWS. Reached out to the carrier first, and it sounded like it would be awhile before things were taken care of. Was contacted by Jenn from World Wide Stereo who was excellent in her communication about the issue, and offered a prompt resolution. Sometimes things happen and I knew my issue would be resolved, but expected it to take some time as the issue got sorted out. Well, only a few days after the issue arose I was informed that a replacement is on the way. I have been a long time retail manager, and it’s great to see this level of customer service. I have just recently dipped my toe in the rabbit hole of finer audio, so will definitely be returning to World Wide Audio in the future, and look forward to my next purchase!

      This review is to WARN anyone doing online business with WWS through Target Plus.

      I came to learn that WWS ownership cares more about Target sales than it’s own long-built reputation towards the audiophile. It is as if WWS is desperate to stay in business, as its touted values are not mirrored in its contract with Target.

      Also, WWS ordering process is separate from its shipping processes — and the two do not communicate. WWS forced delivery to occur even while on-notice of order cancellation and credit dispute - taking time, aggravation, gas, money, from all in the shipment process.

      As I write this, a package that has not been shipped “cannot” be cancelled and no one has control over it. Target and WWS know that the order is cancelled, that credit payment has been stopped, and that if shipped, it will be returned immediately. Both Target and WWS point to the other but neither can service the cancel order. They would rather force me to take delivery and then drive to Target to return the tech.

      If WWS actually cared about its touted audiophile reputation more than sales to Target customers, it would not enter into a relationship with Target with such a bad tech track record as per BBB and other reviews/complaints. At minimum, it’s enough to end the relationship. WWS is well aware of these issues and choose it.

      This offers insight into the owner’s mindset. So beware of the intent in the sales process from on-high, ie, what matters more — one sale to a customer lost vs. repeat sales to a loyal returning customer.

      Those invested in reputation and integrity do not do business under terms that would harm the same.

      WWS has had numerous opportunities before me to fix the known issue. It chose to not. It chose profit at the expense of the customer experience and reputation.

      Worst online purchasing experience and customer service I have dealt with. I bought an outdoor TV that didn't work from the moment we had it professionally installed. I went back and forth via email with Jennifer who asked for several pictures and finally determined that it was an internal defect. Her solution was for us to have the TV taken down from the mount we just had it installed on and send the TV back to them and once they receive the TV back, they would issue a new TV or a refund. So we spent $ on install, uninstall to send it back and then will have to pay for install again when we get a new TV. All for a defective TV they sent us. They were not willing to compensate us in anyway. I finally spoke to a manager (also named Jen) who was rude and not accommodating in the least. We decided to send the TV back to get a refund and had the TV outside all day to be picked in the window they gave us and their shipping company never showed up to pick up the TV. So we are not out over $3000 and no solution from the company. Their website brags about their customer service, if this is their standard it is shocking.

      Placed two orders for a Sonos Arc surround sound bundle that were on sale. After placing the order I was pleasantly surprised to see they had shipped within a couple hours. Then one by one, the tracking numbers received "delivery exceptions" and "address change" requests. World Wide Stereo rerouted the packages back to their warehouse. After contacted them via live-chat, I was told they are unable to honor their sales price. So after shipping the products and a day away from delivery they cancelled the order and took the products back.
