    Dear ***************************,

    We are sorry for the frustration you have experienced with the refund for the *****************

    On 7/4/23, we submitted the 3-month supply of the **************** and was shipped the next day. We accepted the chargeback that was filed through your financial institution on 8/8/23 for which they would then be responsible for issuing the Credit back to your account.

    We did receive the order returned to our warehouse on 10/13/23 and had attempted the refund through us again but it was declined due to the deposit already being referenced by the chargeback that was still active.

    We do show that you contacted ******* ********** again on 11/28/23 about the refund, stating that the chargeback had been dropped. Due to us accepting the chargeback on 8/8/23, the refund credit would need to be provided back to your account through your bank. Chargeback investigations may take up to 90 days to completed and should be handled by now. Please reach out to your bank to see what happened to the funds as we have accepted the chargeback and do not have the funds any longer.

    We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us so please do not hesitate us with any additional questions and / or concerns ************.
