    Dear BBB, 

    We picked up the trash from this residence for a year with no issues.  Around September of 2022 the driver went to residence for trash over a month, there was never any trash out.  We do have Seasonal customers that go south for the winter.  We assumed that was the case.  Then customer called and said trash did not get picked up.  We sent truck back and was no trash out.  This happened several times.  The only thing we think might of happened was that another company was picking up our stop that was not suppose to.  We do not call back for missed stops, we dispatch the truck to go back to the residence, when we did that there was no trash.  Because of the reoccurring problem we did try to call the customer several times, did not get a answer or call back.  We did send customer a full refund of $90.00 Dollars.

    On June 3, 2022, Susquehanna Disposal dropped off a 2yd dumpster to me and told me It would be emptied the first week in July. I paid $64 deposit and $64 first month pick/up. Total $128 by business check #****. As of today's date July 28.2022 they have not emptied this dumpster. I've called numerous times. The only response I got was on July 12th from James. The truck was in the garage for a clutch repair. He had me scheduled for the 15th and would be here the following Tues. or Wed. Despite my many phone calls and pleas to empty the overflowing dumpster and finally my request to just come get it out of here, I've gotten no reply. It is unsanitary, smelly and a total eyesore as the only place he would put it was right next to my driveway up to my business, Hollyhock Kennels. I've also had to pay another garbage pick up service to continue to get rid of my garbage.
