  Continue to litter our home with flyers and stickers on our windows. Have harassed our rental tenants and tell them the house is in default and should look to move.

  We signed contract to have check sent to credit card vendor and they sent me the check. I just want to be reimbursed the money I spending and the contract states *********** would send.

  One star doesn't do justice. I've had the worst experience working with ServiceLink. They were not helpful at all, very disrespectful, and I had a horrible time working with *********************************. He was very threatening and unprofessional. This was my first time working with ServiceLink and I don't plan on working with them ever again. When trying to purchase a property, ******* made it extremely difficult. I eventually gave up because it was such a headache. Do not recommend.

  Worse signing company to work for. They encourage bidding wars to encourage notary signing agents to work for less in order to win the signings. So the title companies pay ******************* (Service Link) for the signing and Service Link keeps between 40% and 60% of the fee and the person doing the work doesnt realize they are likely working for less than minimum wage.

  This company is truly unresponsive. As a lender, I work with countless title companies, and never have I encountered one that is quite so difficult to get ahold of. No one answers their phones, no one returns phone calls, and emails take days to be answered. We have been trying to get answers on what is holding up a clear title a week, and haven't got any answer - this time is not waiting for title to be cleared, just to find out why it isn't clear. This is completely ridiculous and I cannot express enough how I would advise using literally any other title company.

  We purchased our home in foreclosure. We have paid all of the prior liens and encumbrances on the property. However, several weeks later, Servicelink posted a notice on our home indicating that they "will have the property secured and/or winterized within the next few days." We call the Servicelink number. After several days of unsuccessfully trying to call them, we finally got through to them, however, they refused to help. They would NOT provide any information. They would not say what supposed mortgage company contacted them or why they were attempting to seize our home. The home is now fully paid for in cash, and all mortgages and encumbrances were paid off, but this company is claiming that we were going to be "seized anyway." We know this isn't true because the latest Land Title O&E report shows we are the owner and there are no outstanding liens and encumbrances. This is a scam to try and fleece homeowners in financial trouble out of money. They seem to prey on unsophisticated people in foreclosure. It is completely plausible that some innocent homeowners might pay this company, not knowing that they are NOT a legitimate company and not associated with any legal liens or encumbrances. Please be aware of this scam!

  One star is too generous for this company. This is a cumulative and extensive history of harassment by this company working with ************************** also d/b/a *********************** that has continued since ************************************************************* ******* converted public documents from an estate heir and attempted to collect a paid-in-full debt from a parent's estate by submitting for recording FRAUDULENT documents on the record. I have filed on the record extensive paperwork in regards to a private property in *******. This company along with the alleged mortgage company, who was paid in full has continued to find ways to try to break and enter my property through different companies, harass me, engage several companies to aid and abed to Fraud and ignore documentation in honor filed with the ******* **** District Court. I have extensive correspondence, recorded documents and exhibits in regard to these executor de son tort actions against our family's estate. An Affidavit Commercial Complaint in **************** Court against 6 corporations (there are more involved) includes Civil Rights ********************************** Consumer Rights Violations, Theft of Property, FDCPA Violations, Acts of Eminent Domain Violations, AZCPA Violations, Violation of the National Currency Act of **** & ****, 12 U.S.C. Sec. 38 the ************* Act of **** & ****, Title 18 U.S.C. Sec. 641 Unlawful Conversion of Public Records, Title 18 U.S.C. Sec. 241 & 242 Conspiracy Against Rights, Title 42 U.S.C. Sec. ****, **** and ****, and Scienter Act Violation as well as Tax and Securities Fraud.
