On July 17, 2024. I stopped up at Wendy’s in Moon Township Pennsylvania. When I got up to throw my trash away, I slipped and fell. I flew up in the air and hit the floor, and the manager see me do it and he didn’t do nothing about it. There were high school teenagers in the restaurant they came and helped me they cleaned up my trash. They walked me to my car. The manager never said a word to me. I went over the convenient care and they said that everything was fine. I’d be just sore, but they think there’s something wrong with my shoulder, then I get a phone call from the manager saying to come up and write what happened. I went up there and I told him the floor was a sheet of ice. There was no water on the floor and you seen me fall. He told me he didn’t see me fall. I said oh yes, you did , he finally admit it that he did see me fall. I told him there were no signs up here that the floor was slippery but when I went back up there, there were signs in the floor was cleaned up on the floor, but it was slippery. He apologize and I told him that I wanted to here from his general manager while she never called so I called customer care they told me they would have somebody call me nobody called. Nobody called to check on me. See how I was doing or apologizing. They didn’t care they didn’t care that. I fell and I could’ve been hurt very badly, what kind of company is that not one person called to check on me the next day or the day after or the day after that I’m very upset with this company. I am so sore from falling and my shoulder hurts so I don’t know what happened to it and nobody will take me because it’s a liability , so you tell me what kind of company does this? I don’t want that Manager Fired but I would like a little respect thank God them teenagers were there to help me I’d be still laying on the floor. Wendy shame on you. This is the way you treat people. I will never step foot in another Wendy’s again.
