    I received a book in January 2024 with an audio reading by **** ****** as a gift from my then girlfriend now fianc. The audio reading wasnt available and I immediately emailed customer service. **************** said they would fix the issue. Over a year later I heard back saying they no longer offered that service at the time and that they are not able to do it anymore. I am deeply upset as it took a year for them to even let me know that a promised and guaranteed product that was gifted to me cannot even be used that had a lot of sentimental value and even monetary value that cannot ever be replaced. I am very disappointed in this company for trying to strip me of an amazing gift that is not being honored.

    Company mystery book box, emailed to cancel day of getting first box because for price wasn't worth it. They took 3 weeks to respond and said I've been cancelled but unfortunately the next box was shipped already. Such a scam, what company takes 3 weeks to answer a customer service email. This was listed as how you had to cancel. Beware they just want money from you and will make sure they get as much as they can
