    Kentrel Inc came to fix our backed up sewer on May 2, 2023. They said they would have to come back and dig up in front of our house. Waited 3 days and called them to see when they would come, came next day. Ripped out our sidewalk in front of our yard, dug 4 feet down..Osha came and then they said, we will be back tomorrow. They filled in the hole, left the pile of dirt and our broken sidewalk in the driveway. They told AWR they were finished and never came back. It's May 22, 2023 and we still have a pile of dirt in front of our house and a backup issue.
