    we have a nuna pipa rx the 1 year warranty expired in August 2024 however the plastic peice where you tighten the straps is cutting my sons foot and nuna wont do anything about it other than offer me 15% off , why would i want to buy another product when they arent doing anything about this car seat cutting my 2 month olds feet!! they said use socks or a towel and yes i can do that but i shouldnt have to!! a car seat shouldnt be cutting a child.

    They did a recall for their **** ***** but only sent out one color. The color we got (grey) does not match our other Nuna Rava (black) or the original color we bought it in (black). When I emailed them about it they claimed they only ever sent grey, but the internet is complaining about being sent black covers. So, Nuna is lying to me about the color choices. On top of that. they advised that I could continue leaving my child in the car seat with the original cover (which was recalled) and drive around that way. Lets be clear, their recall is over carseats loosening up while driving. This is not a good suggestion and very dangerous to suggest. This company has now completely lost our trust, and as a larger content creator I will be speaking against them and recommending to avoid Nuna products because their customer service and handling of this recall isn't representative of a company I would choose to trust my children's lives with.

    I purchased a Nuna Raava Caviar car seat approximately 2 years ago. This seat has now been recalled. I thought this business was doing the right thing by recalling the car seat ad providing a remedy kit. After waiting months for a remedy kit to arrive, I bought another **** **** car seat for my 9 month old. When the remedy kit arrived, it was cheaper material that caused my child a rash and it was not the same color that I originally purchased. Even though the color I originally purchased is consistently higher price than the color I received. Most importantly, Im not even convinced this remedy kit will fix the safety problem. **** continuously will not provide me with a suitable replacement to keep my child safe. So now on top of the 550 dollars spent on the original car seat I will have to spend hundreds more dollars on a new car seat. Do not buy from this company!!!!

    I recently engaged with Nuna regarding a car seat purchase and return. Throughout our correspondence, I was offered a discount code on multiple occasions. Relying on these communications, I proceeded with the return, expecting to receive the promised discount. However, I was later informed that the discount code was a typographical error and would not be honored. This reversal was both unexpected and disappointing, as I had made my decision based on their initial assurances.Furthermore, Ive become aware of recent changes to Nunas car seat weight limits and voluntary recalls. For instance, the Nuna REVVs rear-facing weight limit was reduced from 40 lbs to 30 lbs , and over ******* RAVA car seats were recalled due to potential harness issues . These developments raise concerns about the companys commitment to product safety and reliability. It appears that Nuna prioritizes profits over honoring their commitments and valuing returning customers. Such practices not only erode trust but also discourage customer loyalty. I hope Nuna reevaluates their approach to customer service and product safety, ensuring clearer communication and more reliable products in the future.

    We have two **** **** car seats, both recalled. One failed the harness test. ****, no big deal lets just get a replacement, right? Wrong. They wont send it. They said its unsafe to use but wont fix the problem. At $550 a car seats you expect better.

    The customer service is ridiculous!!!! Basically their warranty policy is for you to pray before you open the box that all the parts all okay because if not you’re going to go thru hell to try to resolve the problem.
    Even with me showing the issue what’s wrong side by side with the other stroller without the issue they still tried to convince me that that’s how it supposed to look like. For the amount of money you spend they should definitely invest in a better customer service and warranty. Last time I’m buying their product ! No return, no exchange, no money back no help ! Shame on you Nuna!
