      This dispute is regarding the refund payment of over $9000 paid to CK Tours & Cruises (*** ******/******** cruises) for an Alaska Trip we (*** and **** *******) paid for over 2 years ago. We canceled our trip in March 2022 and was told we had to wait until the cruise date of August 10th 2022 to receive our full refund. No payment was received at that time. After numerous delays and unreturned phone calls and emails over the last 9 months, payments of $3000 and $4000 were received. The final amount owed is $2177.17. After several more requests through email and phone, we have not gotten any response or intent to pay this remaining refund.
