    Dear ***/Madam, I am the owner of Fast Safe Relocation LLC company. I have ordered an assembly of the box on my **** Transit chassis with Morgan Truck Body corporation. I placed the order based on the promise that the job will be completed within 8 weeks of receiving 50% of payment. The above company received 100 % of the payment on 04/25/24. I have gotten financing for both the chassis and the box in the amount of $1377 monthly. According to our agreement the above company must complete the job by 06/25/24. However, I have received an email from the company that the best they can do is 08/09/24. I have tried to negotiate the date of the job completion to 07/01/2024, but the company did not accept that day. order to make payment. Your failure to meet our agreements places me in a difficult financial situation and jeopardizes my business because I must make payments without making any money. The truck is for long distance moving and the best months for that are ***** July, and August. Please assist to get the job done by 07/01/2024.     Mr. Kuyumchyan *********, owner of Fast Safe Relocation LLC,contacted Morgan Truck Body, LLC (Morgan) to purchase a van body to be manufactured by Morgan and installed on his **** Transit chassis.   Mr. ********* is considered a Cash/Check on Delivery (COD) customer.  He coordinated with *********************** ************************** and received a quote outlining his product specifications on March 25, 2024.  The quote which was signed on March 28th,2024, does not include payment requirements for a COD customer, nor does it include a guaranteed lead time and/or order completion date. 

    Morgans standard COD  payment terms which require a customer to provide 50% payment at time of quote to process an order and then payment for the remaining additional 50% two weeks before the commit date.  Such were communicated to Mr. ********** and he was further advised that his order would be completed September 16th,2024. Morgan has since been able to decrease the completion date by 5 weeks  (to August 9th).  Mr. *********, for whatever reason, chose to pay in full for his order despite the lead times and COD terms provided.

    Mr. ********* alleges that Morgans failure to meet our agreementplaces him in a difficult financial situation. While we empathize with his financial situation, his decision to make a lump sum payment was not a Morgan requirement.  Additionally, Mr. ********** claim of promise that the job will be completed within 8 weeks, is not consistent with the completion schedule he was provided.

    The transaction occurred on 9/9/2023. The cost was just under $2,000. I ordered 8 roll up door panels or so I thought. I emailed the dimensions of each panel. I'm not sure how the person I was talking to misunderstood but he did. He sent me 8, 8ft tall pieces of sheet metal for the side of the box. I've called many times. I have a pretty lengthy email thread where someone from the company promises to make it right and get me the right parts. They have stopped responding. I had 2 conversations on the phone with someone promising to have a resolution within 24 hours, It's been a week or 2 since that happened. This is just bad business. I'm open to negotiate terms for the return. Shipping alone was near $500 but they haven't offered anything at all to resolve this issue. I'm now storing panels that I don't need that I paid a pretty hefty price for.
