    I am less than pleased with the service for my 2023 Cheverolet Suburban. I decided to use a local business (R&B Auto LLC) to have an inspection and an oil change (8qt full synthetic). We picked up the Suburban and it smelled terrible (cigarette smoke) that took weeks to get rid of. The oil change reminder was never reset. Worse, a month after picking it up after the inspection and fully synthetic 0W-20 (8qt) oil change we received a console message in the car saying the oil level was low and we needed to add oil. A 2023 suburban does NOT burn oil. It was 2 quarts low and the oil in it was extremely black. It seems the oil was never actually changed neither was the filter, though we paid for it. I am really disappointed that you would take advantage of someone this way and charge them. I am disappointed that you would allow a brand new car in your garage with others smoking in it and around it. I cannot in good conscientiousness continue to bring any vehicles to you nor can I recommend your services to anyone in the area and will be telling them every detail of this experience.     The 2022, not 2023 Chevy Suburban was brought into the shop on 02/07/2024 for oil change and Pa State Inspection.   The services were performed, and customer did NOT notify us of any issues after picking up the vehicle from the shop.  Mr. ****** brought in his 2018 VW Jetta for service on 03/06/2024 and STILL NO MENTION of any kind of issues with his/her 2022 Chevy Suburban. 

    Our goal is to always correct any issues or concerns our customers have. However, we have never received any phone calls or in person contact about any complaints prior to this letter. 

    Due to the customers dissatisfaction, we would like to refund the cost of the oil change for the 2022 Chevy Suburban. Refund check will be sent out in the next 5 business days.
