      When I turned on my oil furnace, the air smelled like cooking bugs. Had GHS come out. Ian looked in all my vents, brought in all his equipment, did some kind of test, did some vacuuming, took pictures that showed removal of a few bugs. He said my vents were clean, he did not recommend cleaning though it was up to me. He said I needed an HVAC service to go into the furnace itself if the intermittent odor really bothered me. GHS does not go into furnaces. He was here over an hour and a half and said THERE WAS NO CHARGE. How rare is that!!!

      DO NOT USE these folks. I have had ongoing mechanical and safety issues after spending nearly 12K. They had been out at least 4 times to “fix” things that were done improperly from the install which occurred around 10/2020.
      I was without A/C this past summer from approx. 7/6-8/15.
      This company- GHS Audits/ Green Home Solutions (Morrisville, PA) Ross L***** owner Michael R*******- service, was referred to me by PECO after a completion of an energy audit of my home.
      I subsequently hired them to “weatherize” my home, install a heat pump (supplemental to my existing oil furnace) and central air. ($11,077.98)
      (October 2020) Shortly after the install, I notified them of a leak and the smell of plastic when my furnace was running.
      (January 2021) They finally came out and “fixed” the leak. (refrigerant leak due to poor brazing) Did not address the smell of plastic.
      My winter electric bills INCREASED from prior to install. (To be fair, I did cut down on oil usage.)
      (January 2022)- I have a different company come out to clean the air ducts in my home. They inform me that whomever installed the A/C, has the condensation hose line running from the coil INTO my basement emptying INSIDE the house.
      I notify them, (GHS) They come out and “remediate” .
      (February 17, 2022)- I woke up to the smell of smoke and saw that there was black smoke coming out of the vent of my bedroom and filling the entire house.
      (July 6, 2022)- I went down to change the air filter on the HVAC unit(s)
      There is Water everywhere, slowly pouring out of the bottom of the set up. There appears to be no water or condensation exiting through the line. The condensation is now just pouring down through the furnace and into my basement. The AC unit shuts down.
      GHS comes out to investigate.
      I now know, this happened because there was not sufficient clearance between the furnace and the a/c coil installed by GHS, resulting in the pan melting.
      I have omitted ALOT due tocharacterlimit of 2K
