    I took my 2025 *** to Moppert in November of 2024. They spent the next 4 months in a vindictive, unprofessional, blame placing debate with my insurance, Progressive, prolonging the time of my repairs. For repairs that took 2 weeks to complete, Moppert and Progressives War of the Roses had me without my car for over 4 months. I was lied to and mistreated by the owner of Moppert himself, **** Moppert, up until the last day when I attempted to pick up my car. I went to get my car after 4 long months and **** Moppert himself wouldnt turn the car over to me. He first claimed that they had to wash it, to which I replied that I didnt care. I had been without my car and in rentals long enough. He still refused, stating that he didn't have a way to process the deductible payment. Lastly, barking that it was policy and to come back tomorrow. After a few minutes he walked over to the car and said that if I was willing to wait, he would clean my car and let me take it. Of course I agreed. Some time went by, my deductible payment was processed by an employee and **** finally pulled my car up for me to take possession. They went out with a bang, Moppert style In the 4 months that my car was at Mopperts, I have been yelled at via email, scolded by another employee, turned away by ****, and lied to until the very last day. The customer service alone is reason enough to beware, not to mention their unprofessionalism, price/estimate gauging that only causes delays in the process since they wont touch your car until they get all the supplements approved from your insurance, and **** every ***** possible out of them. They claim to be a ******************************* but they use the certification credentials from their Pennsylvania shop. The *****************, ********** location is not certified. RUN! If youre in ************, do yourself the favor and take your car to ************ even if you have to pay for the towing yourself. You will save yourself a huge headache.

    !!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!
    *****UNSAFE AND HACK JOB REPAIR*****

    IF YOU have used this shop in the past PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go have a post repair inspection!! YOU and YOUR family could be in danger!!!!

    They destroyed our 2022 Tesla with 4 failed repair attempts. They did not straighten the metal on our quarter panel properly. They packed it with body filler and tried to deliver our vehicle with the cracking filler under a horrible paint job. The quarter panel is now worse than it was when we brought it to them! The metal is so over stretched from their hack repair I fear for the safety of my family. I expressed this to them and they respond by trying to defraud the insurance company to pay for their horrible attempts at a repair!!

    My husband and I are in the collision industry with decades of experience. When Harry the owner called my husband he starts the conversation with “99% of people would have found that repair acceptable” like he is some how proud of his ability to rip off poor unsuspecting vehicle owners with his hack job repairs!!! THE QUARTER PANAL WAS STILL SUNKEN IN 2 INCHES!!!! He is insane if he actually believes this repair is acceptable for anyone!! This shop is absolutely disgraceful.

    They refuse to answer my emails in which I asked to see what they were charging the insurance company for. After the first failed repair we asked to see the vehicle mid repair so we could make sure they addressed any damage to the inner panel. They ignore these requests because they know they are wrong and trying to cheat us and pull the wool of our eyes like they have done countless times to others who don’t know better.

    Please heed this warning and go ANYWHERE but this shop or it’s sister shops!!!

    While we welcome your feedback I think its important and fair to point out that your repair was never unsafe. The quarter panel was repaired according to proper OEM procedures. It is however fair to say you were not happy with the repair. To be certain you were satisfied with our workmanship, we called in our TESLA Repair Manager to look at the work done. After speaking with the Repair Manager and your husband it was determined that you would feel comfortable and safe if the quarter panel were replaced. We replaced the quarter panel. Harry Moppert Jr was in contact with your husband during the repair, none of your requests were ignored and at no time was it our intent to "cheat" you or "pull the wool over anyone's eyes". Our 47 year reputation of integrity and transparency in the collision industry is extremely important to us, that is exactly why we always work hard to ensure each customer is satisfied. Please let us know if you have any concerns in the future as our workmanship is guaranteed as long as you own the vehicle. Thank You.
