    - final payment made 12/8/2022 - estimate uploaded for reference (estimate is from another company and Aungst Electric agreed to the same terms)- photos of items not completed uploaded - I also have text messages of this company agreeing to provide a refund after 4 weeks of follow up with no answer.- not pictured is the wiring not completed because he did not bring enough wire to the job for the light switches and telling me that another option was the same price which ended up being a lie and costing me an additional $200.- company has since blocked my number and will not return my calls or text messages.

    Aungst Electrical came to ******************** home to do an electrical basement job.  We were issues a scope of work and did exactly what the customer wanted. Three times we made changes for ************ and I did not charge him for that. When we completed the job ************ was not happy about the ******* switches that has remote capabilities to them. I sent one of my employees to get another type. The job was walked through and **. **** paid me in full. Several weeks later I start receiving calls that he is unhappy with the job and was asking for us to come back. I was extremely busy at the time and could not. **. **** then sent pictures of the job to me to review. My question is if he was not happy with the work performed why did he write a paid in full check to my company. **. **** then requested $500 back which I sent to him. As a business owner its very easy to see complaints from customers but its another to be paid in full for a job then decide your not happy. I honored his request and paid him the $500.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I reached out to the business directly when he stopped answered my general contractors texts and phone calls. There were absolutely no changes to the scope of work and all I was asking for is for the work to be done. Because his guys were staying later than I explained they could be there, I gave the check to them so there were no issues assuming they'd be able to complete the work. When I reached out to the business directly he started off very nice and was progressively getting more angry as I presented more and more facts. He did it show on multiple appointments and the. Proceeded to just not answer. That is when I told him I expected a refund and he offered $150, to which I told him was not enough. That is when he became more angry and said I was being unreasonable. I proceeded to show him the work that wasn't done via pictures since he still never spent the time to go through anything or come out and see it for himself. He then told me to send a ***** request which I did and he blocked my number so I reached out to him on ******** to let him know I was filing this claim. He then paid the $500 immediately.  

    I have since had to have another electrician come out to fix the issues this business blatantly didn't do and found that the outlets his business put in were not properly installed. On multiple outlets, ******************* were hanging behind the outlet and caused a spark for the breaker to flip.

    At this point I don't care to speak to the business ever again but people need to know the shotty, unsafe work he puts his name behind.
