      Everything was going great until the last 4 days. When the sanded the dry wall in the hallway and walkin closet, he did not put up any barrier. I had dust all through my upstairs and downstairs. I had to wipe my ceilings and walls down. Everything in a 1600 sq foot upstairs. Their was a hole in the closet floor that they did not cover and I had dust all through my basement. This was a week before Christmas. The shelves in my linen closet he put 2 in trim that hung down 2in into the space below. So I keep hitting my hands on and have to turn my cleaning bottles sideways to get on the shelf. He also put the wrong flooring in my closet. I told him to match what was there (dark reddish brown) he got a tan with gray/brown modified stripe. Well I have problems with stripes, it makes me dizzy and lightheaded. So, everytime I go into my closet or bathroom. I feel a little queasy, because of the floor. The owner made everything out to be my fault. I have emails to prove. He told me it was too late and he couldn't do anything about it. 4 pm on a Tuesday the guy working on my remodel shows up and says Matt told him to fix my problems. Well I started telling him and when I go to the part about the dust, I got very upset and said I couldn't talk anymore and he left. And now I have things coming apart and when I emailed, Matt didn't know what I was talking about. I am an 64 single woman on disability. I have been so disappointed in the whole situation. I didn't think they were like that.

      I'm extremely confused by all of this. There was no mention of any of this until after we had left the jobsite and she signed a certificate of completion. Lissa had other contractors in her home putting an addition on at the same time Bella Concepts was in there working. Zip walls where put up to contain the dust and we have pictures to back up our claim. As far as the shelves go, she asked that we match the existing shelves in another closet so that is what we did. I sent a guy out the same day i recieved an email from her because of the dust complaint and she slammed the door in my employees face. I offered on several occasions to send someone out to try and rectify any and all the issues she has but she refused to let us come out at all. The flooring was shown to her before installation and she approved it. I'm not really sure where any of this is coming from. We offered to rectify any issues but she will not work with us.
