    J&S Moving contracted to move 2 Bed room suits , 2 Living rooms sets with end & coffee tables, washer & Dryer, TV, TV stand, Desk and a few Boxes. My wife had the 3 men stop and eat sandwiches and water. They went back to work taking the furniture apart & loading the truck. They starter at 10:00am and had it loaded by 12 noon. The truck was fully loaded and had no room for there tools and dollies. They ask if I could hall the dollies in my truck I agreed & tolled them to put there tool boxes in also. they said they would fit them in their truck. They lifted them up & over the Mattress and dropped them onto our washer & dryer. It tour our Mattress, Which I did not see till we put the bed together. They put a nick in 1 of our dressers, scratched a coffee table & washer. dent in the dryer, W & D only 6 mounts old). a nick in our Bed foot board. I should the moving man the Nick on the dresser The dent in the dryer. Hr said he didn't know how it got there. I paid J & S moving $1225.00 plus $180.00 deposit = $1405.00. I call the "Lady" in charge, Jen, and talk to her for about a 1/2 hour. about the damage. She keep antagonized me the hole time, Stating that we rust the movers, ( they even stopped a a Sheets for 40 Min.s while driving from one house to the other.) She then called my wife and I Lieyers and that we rust the men. I keep my cool till then "I Lost IT" when she called my Wife & I lieyers over and over. I tool her that the men were the Lieyers and they could go "F" themself. I sent her Photos of the damage. Have not heard anything from them.

    Clients move took longer to load then 2 hours that’s the first incorrect statement as the truck was completely full and move took 8 hrs which included disassemble and reassemble which takes time , the clients watched the movers as they loaded and unloaded every piece of furniture and was rushing movers all day ! 
    the movers stopped to get a drink and some food and the client thought that was unacceptable even though he was not charged for these lunch break but complained anyhow . 
    the dolly’s were placed on the wall on top of wood railings not on top of his dryer that had no scratches from a metal dolly as you can see in pictures just a mysterious round dent ? 
    mattress was not in a mattress bag and we padded it and placed it on truck last while customer watched ! 
    movers placed mattress on bed as directed and no issues . 
    the washer and dryer was assisted to its destination by client and the fittings were not appropriate for washer solvers were instructed to leave it ! No issues . 
    a day later after hooking his washer and dryer up this client calls us saying there is a dent in his dryer and that our tool box caused it ( not the dolly as he now is claiming ) the tool box was on floor entire time at end of truck . The client admitted to moving the dryer and washer and that water leaked everywhere and we said sir we didn’t hook your washer up and he tried to blame that on us as well !! We told him the contract states that he signed we are not responsible for damages after we leave and this is exactly what is going on here ! He moved the items after we left , the dent has no scratch from a metal dolly and looks like someone fell on it , it definitely was not there when we left and all 3 movers testified to that as nothing could of fallen on it and the customer was right there as they brought it in and no damages was on it let alone damages from a 75 pound metal dolly or the story of the tool box falling on it ? 
    the customer then calls back 2 days later asking us to move them back out of the place we just moved them into ? 

    we could not do it when they wanted and that’s when the customer started becoming belligerent and now there was a rip in the mattress that they found after moving the mattress to the correct position the client said ? We offered to take money off of the next move and because we couldn’t move them when they wanted it became a problem and(*** who was the only person on phone and we never spoke to the wife which is another inaccurate statement , ) he labeled our movers as lazy and rude and then because we would not admit we ripped the mattress we were told to go F””k ourselves !! 
    this client has a signed contract with hours worked on it , and the clause where it states we are not responsible after we leave for damages on it and we have a copy as well , client was upset we took a lunch break during a 5 plus hour move , we offered money back for damage and we were told to go f ourselves as he admitted already ! This client wanted us to move them back out 2 days later and become irate cause we wouldn’t honor request and demanded we pay for his dent and then the mattress anything else we never heard about and is news ! We do not tolerate being sworn and screamed at and offered a refund for something we did not damage and *** decided that wasn’t good enough and swore at us and hung up on us .  It’s never acceptable for a male to scream and swear at a female and that is what *** ********* chose to do . No damages were reported till after we left the next night and the client tipped his movers !

    They are lying and are not a reputable company. See below. I did not swear until we talked for about a half hour and only when she called my wife and I lyers. I have 6 people that was in the room when she called me. They were all in the room waiting for me to get done with the call and could hear her.  And know that she was antagonizing me trying to get me up set. I only swear then and all the ladies were surprised to hear me do that. See below 

    Hi! This is a better explanation. J &S Moving, The lady I talk to name is Jen. Thay came Highly recommended, Not SO!! June 7th 2024 my wife and I hired J & S Moving to move our major furniture, 2 Bedroom sets, 2 couches, 1 recliner, 2 coffee tables, 3 end tables a couch table, TV and stand, a few boxes and a desk plus a washer and dryer that was only 6 mounts old. 3 young men showed up at 10:00am the day of the move. They worked verry well at first so my wife put out some lunch meat for a sandwiches and bottled water for them to take a break and eat, they did. They went back to work after eating loading the truck.
    Our furniture is all Custom mead Amish made and had no damage or marks on any of it.
    The last things loaded on the truck was the washer and dryer along with 1 of the mattresses. They did not have any more room left to load there Dollies or tools, they asked me if I would haul the dollies in my truck to the new house, I agreed and told them to put the tools in the truck also. The one man said that they could fit them in the moving truck, then he lifted them up over the mattress and dropped them on to our washer and dryer, denting the dryer and scratching the washer. They were to follow me to the other house, they did not, When I got to the house, we waited for 30 t0 40 min’s. NO show, They had went to the Sheets store and took an other break that I paid for at $180.00 per hour. They told me that they had to go the longer way because their truck would not fit under the underpasses. Wrong!!! 
    When they unloaded our furniture, I should the one man the nick in the dresser and the scratch on the washer and the dent in the dryer. They brought the mattress in and put it with the tear down then piled the box spring against it and placed all the other bedroom furniture in front of it, so I did not see the tear until I put the bed together. When I told them about they said that they didn’t have any 
    idea how they happened. When they were done I called J & S moving, Jen, and told her of the damage to the dresser and the washer, Shak me if I wanted to give the men a tip. Did not say anything about the damage. She informed of the total that I own $1225.00. and charged it to my debit card. We had already paid her $180.00 deposit. She did say that she would gives ue a break on our next move.
    I Called and left a voice mail that we were going to move again. When she called back my wife and I were at friends house, I asked about a break in the price because of the damage done by her people. I talk to her for about an ½ hour while staying calm. During this time she said that her people said the did not do the damage. And said they don’t lie. I told her that my wife and I don’t lie either. For the next 20min,s. or so she antagonized me to get me mad. Then she said that we rust the men and that my wife and I were liars and she was not responsible for any thing and said my contract and call us liars again. I got Mad and Told her they could go F-themselves and hung up. I sent them photos of the damage and wrote a review on the web site, which is not there now.
    Our furniture Had Not a mark on it ! I 76 Years old and have never had this happen before. I have bought 4 homes and rented at least 5 times and never had damage done to our stuff. 
    J&S Moving should not be in the moving business if the can get away with treating people like this!!!!!

    We moved the client as we already stated and this is the client changing story’s again , we never heard of any scratch to the washer that’s new add on after the move was completed ? Customer moved both the washer and dryer to hook up hoses after we left then called saying there was a dent in his dryer after he moved it and hooked up the hoses and new plug for dryer , there were no damages to dryer while we moved it and client was there entire time ? If we damaged it why wait to call or say anything till after we leave and next day ? No dolly will fit over top of a mattress in a box truck as we stand mattress up at end and a 75 pound dolly falling on top of a dryer would scratch and dent both items and no scratches or paint on the dolly at all or dryer ? We hang dolly on boards of truck and we were told originally that the small black tool box was dropped on the dryer now it’s been changed to the dolly and that definitely did not happen !! The movers stoped at sheets for lunch and you were not charged for any of that all though complaining about the movers taking a break !! Our movers are entitled to breaks and the temperature was 90 out and these clients felt the need to complain Everytime our movers stopped and we have the messages of these clients complaining then after we told them they wasn’t being charged for their lunch then the clients were okay with it ? 
    these clients were very indecisive and watched everything the movers did but never called about damages or any issues during the move except for when the movers took a break on a 8 hour day the clients felt the movers shouldn’t take breaks ? Only called the next day to schedule to move out already of the place we moved them too ? We felt that was unusual to want not only move out already but want us to move you after you accused us of damage to your dryer and now 2 days later a rip to a mattress that him and his wife admitting to moving after we left and client said that a tool box ripped it which is impossible? 
    we told client even though the damages were not done by us we would take money off of the other move to make everyone happy then when we couldn’t do it the next day “ *** “ became irate calling our movers lazy and  screaming at us that we are a joke all because we were booked 10 days out and couldn’t move him because he said his wife didn’t like it there so we have to move him and we couldn’t so he said we have to pay for the damage to his dryer and now the newly ripped mattress ? Which we already said we would take money off of next move for those “” suspect”” damages ? That wasn’t good enough and we were told to go F**k ourselves and we were called a joke . We tried to offer a remedy in form of a refund and offered to move him again as he wanted but because we couldn’t move him tomorrow he felt the need to scream at a female and curse her out ? We have never had a worse experience with a client and as you can see our story has not changed while his has more than once ! Contract states once movers leave we are not responsible for damages !!! Client admitted to moving both washer and dryer to connect hoses that needed purchased and a new plug then called next day after with a dent in item ? Then called day after that saying there was now a rip in the mattress that him and his wife didn’t see after they moved it ? 

    we still tried to remedy the situation offering money off and offered discounts on top of that on next move and client refused both and swore at staff and hung up on staff . We have nothing further to say as damages were not caused by our movers and the client tipped and was on site during move making no complaints !

    There Lying and continuing to lie! I'll just have to put it or Face book. I am in-tilled to my opinion. And I am telling the truth. The prove is in my statement I said they asked me to put the dollies in my truck, and They lifted a tool box up over the mattress and dropped it onto the drawer and washer. NOT THE DOLLIES. there lying and that's proof of that.
