    ******** customer service. I made an appointment for a cleaning and after an hour in the office I was told I wasnt getting a cleaning and had to make another appointment to have it done. I was also told I had to put down a down payment of at least $400 to make the appointment. I explained that I drove an hour to get to the office and it is difficult for me to make appointments due to having 2 young children (1 has a disability) and requires a bit of extra care. The dentist spent less then 5 minutes in the room with me, about ********************************************************************************** which made it a little difficult to hear her and in my opinion was very disrespectful. She brought up a replacing a tooth that I had removed like 7 years ago and I explained that I wasnt interested in that at the time. I barely finished talking when she rudely said well okay and then left the room. I went in to have a cleaning done which I did not receive and instead was told that I had to spend over $9,000 to have my teeth fixed. The office manager doesnt return phone calls either. Highly disappointed and upset with the way I was treated.
