      I took my vehicle in for an upgrade on the sync (Ford). The radio was working when it was taken in. The radio now does not work. The dealership is saying that they will not cover their mistake. They are not willing to acknowledge their mistake. I feel that the dealership should repair their mistake and they are not willing to do so. I am asking for assistance from Better Business to resolve with this issue.

      11/7/22 bought ford ****** sport it was gold needs brake booster. Gold certified, never got copy warranty or the 175 point inspection . made me wait two weeks bring it in. Car was in for brakes in july found out when i call ford complain. Ask for them to do right thing give my money back forward's new vehicle. told me it lost value. i had put 11300 down and made 400-dollar payment. They only want give me 26000.00 when i paid 31181.41 for it. dont feal car was look at . Feal they knew brakes were bad and sold it anyway. Car is sitting in their shop waiting for parts...

      1 bought 2021 ford ****** sport on 11/07/2022 put 11000 financed 21067.41 rate5.9 for 72 months price was 28999.00 without tax. Made one payment of 400. The car was supposed be ford gold certified. It says on sticker it was also suppose have ******** radio. It does not. I never got 175-point inspection on car and i was not told or given anything on ford gold warranty. I found out now after looking online there was also a 14 day buy back. The car before thanksgiving was having loud sound in rear when backing up. Called make appointment which they gave me appointment waiting two weeks 12/02/2022. Its siting waiting for brake booster I don't know if they're going to do fire recall on it that just came out as well. I went in ray price ask for manger see if they could do anything for me since i feal the car is unsafe and i don't think they did this 175-point inspection. I said i was thinking new and i would go for anything as long as its 4wheel drive or allwheel drive.Sales person was willam c*** manger i did not get his name. They basically only wanted give 1000 towards new car at 84 months 8.9 on ******. I told them i had put 11000 0n ******. they said it losses it value. I said i thought you were working with me. The most they came back with was 5000. I left. Call ford case case- ******* only could put complaint in noy much they can do they said found out threw them car was in around July Aug. for brake problem. I do have copy of car they wanted buy with only 1500 giving me with me coming up with 2000. also have car loan papers and sticker. The car sits in shop waiting for parts.

      Last time we had service done on 2016 **** ******** we found in the engine area parts of tools and engine cover was broken. My partner call *** the service manager for the **** and he said its impossible! They dont have anything with that! ? Then who?On November 23th we have recall done on same Jeep. The recall was for the car use too much oil. When we brought the **** to the service my partner asked *** why the engine has so many oil stains and why we have to replace flex pipe on exhaust so many times?*** answered the oil stains is normal and someone does bad job to replace the flex pipe. Im not mechanic but I think if the car uses to much oil everything gets to hot and then ***** the flex line. We change the line all the time with very good mechanic. We never heard someone have to change flex line 3 times already like we have to.The car was in good shape when we bought to the service. Not loud at all.After the repair was done and I got home my partner asked me why the **** is so loud?He call back to service and *** told him bring the car back and we will check for you.When we got back they check the car and said the flex line is broken and we have to a pay to get fixed. They broke the line when they work on the car and we have to fixed??? My partner like to talk to someone but they said no one else is there.We filed complaint but no one tried to help us.I dont know if you can help us but this is not a good way to take care for costumers.Thank you
