    On 7/29/22 we contracted Muls to repair a concrete patio by installing an epoxy finish over the patio. We were very careful with this finish however we noticed in March that in an area of the patio the finish lifted. We have made numerous calls to this business since March only to be told that the employee who installs this finish is very busy and would return our call to set up a time to complete the repair. It is now almost 4 months since notifying Muls and we still receive the same answer, the person needing to do the repair will call to set up a time for the repair. The original cost for this was $3,504.00. The Estimate # is ***********, other number on invoice ********

    The workmanship done by this contractor is shoddy and incomplete . Many corners were cut, materials and services charged for and not used or done. Concrete work on at front porch breaking off and crumbling weeks after being poured. When repetedly asked to repair, given mutiple excuses and promised to return and repair. Still waiting 6 months and counting.
    Unqualified employees who had no or little constuction expeirence were left with no supervision or guidence. Beware, this company wants and will take your money and give you shoddy or no service and work done in return.
