    This company is absolutely NOT customer friendly. I was told that I had to bring 10 5 gallon jugs of water into my building because they were dropped off in the parking lot. My staff including someone in a wheelchair was told we had to carry the bottles in. We never had to do this in the ten + years of doing business with Tulpehocken spring water. Since the water had been in the lot for so long it began to develop mold and could not be used. Once again I was told it was my responsibility to use it and pay for it. We had contacted Tulpehocken the day after it was delivered and was told it was a different route driver and that someone would come by to remedy the situation. It never happened and instead was told it was still my problem. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
