    Purchased and installed hickory wood flooring. The flooring cracked and cupped. Filed a claim, the claim was approved and we have been waiting since August 2024 for reimbursement. Company will not speak to me and will only speak to representative from Lowes, where flooring was purchased. The mental anguish and stress of trying to get reimbursed, let alone having to replace brand new flooring, is ridiculous.

    We are very sorry to hear that you had not received your refund. It is our understanding that the retailer from which you purchased the floor has refunded your purchase price and that this matter has been concluded.

    Sand Dollar Line - Black resin allowed to come through most knots and dry without cleaning off before polyurethane coats applied. Red tone boards included in the batch. This is their Coastal line and what was installed is a very rustic, unnatural appearance. Neither of these aesthetics were displayed in the sample boards viewed at either of the two showrooms we visited before purchasing. Completely misled and duped by TMBR flooring!
