    On November 21, 2023, my spouse and I signed a contract for a ************* 24RL. Once we had signed the contract, we asked for a copy of it. We were informed that it would be emailed to us. We have tried contacting them about this issue and the missing items that we paid for but that we have not received. I contacted the Pete's RV headquarters today and they stated that they did not have a copy of the contract, but that they would send them an email to have it taken care of. I was home all day today and they still have not contacted me or sent a copy of the contract. I also did not receive some of the additional items that we paid for. I need this information as soon as possible as I need it for insurance purposes. I have not been able to add the lender to the insurance.

    Hello,

    Customer received all documents as requested, they are all signed and dated from the point of sale. His registration was processed at point of sale, which in turn insurance had to have been established prior. I've made multiple attempts to respond to his requested with the attached documents, along with phone calls the go straight to voicemail. Our company was closed through the Holiday's and I communicated on my personal devices I would provide an additional set of duplicates upon my return, which I did in kind.

    I am rejecting this response because:  They did send the documents but they still have not given all the products that were to be included in the sale.  I've called several times and been told they would call back with the answer.  I have not received a call or an email regarding the missing items.  I am missing the blue lights in the bedroom and the grill and arm that were to be included.
