    I ordered 2 loaves of salt rising bread to be shipped to my brother. The address was put in correctly and they changed the address and the ship was lost. I have contacted them and asked if they were going to make the shipment good and they will not return my emails.

    I ordered three loaves of salt rising bread from Rising Creek Bakery in Mt. Morris, PA on May 23, 2022. The bread arrived at my door on May 31 at 4:47 PM. It was opened within five minutes. All three loaves were completely covered in mold. I contacted the company three times. E-mail #1 complimented their product, explained the condition of the bread, showed photos of the moldy bread. Rising Creek did not respond. I gave them the benefit of doubt and sent a second e-mail asking how they wanted to handle this. I received a nearly incoherent response that I took to mean they had no intentions of making good on the bad product. I responded asking if they had no intentions of correcting the situation, their e-mail #3 basically called me a liar. I do not want to interact again with the business. I do not want replacement product. I want a refund. I have pictures of the three molded bread, and the newspaper and clock showing the date and time the package was received.
