Had transmission go out, brought truck to them after talking and they gave me a price and the new Transmission came with a 2 year warranty and a 1 year driver error warranty.Transmission went out pretty much right way, and she said that her supplier would not cover warranty on it because she sold me one that was sitting on her shelf for over two years. I was not aware of that or would I have agreed to that. So she did wrong and I am paying for it.She told me she would pay me and asked me not to bother her everyday and she would take care of it. We got 1 check and now she refuses to answer the phones/text.We did nothing wrong and just want what we paid for, but they will not keep there word and we are out thousands of dollars, not counting down time. very disappointed in how they handled this whole deal. Very bad service after the fact! We have tried working with them, but are having no luck and been trying a long time

I sold that transmission with an EPP warranty from the company I bought it from. That's a warranty that covers driver's error for one year, which is what happened with his transmission. It was their fault. ********* wouldn't cover it because we had it here on consignment. They bill you when you sell it. I had it here for a little over a year. I offered to try and reimburse a little at a time, which I started to. Business got very slow. We have it up for sale. I told him I would pay the rest when it sold. That's the best I can do.

The truck was in ********* when it broke down, so could not get it to ** to get fixed or should we need to. It had a warranty like she said and should have been able to cover it from anywhere.

The problem is that  she sold me a old transmission that she had sitting around her shop and it was out of warranty because of that. I found this out by the people that she buys  them from.

She had agreed to pay us back in full for this and instead she is making us fight about something that is very clear, they are trying to get out of selling a old out of warranty transmission they had sitting around and never mentioned a word about it to us, we would have never bought it knowing it was out of warranty.

Instead she sold it to us with full warranty that even covered driver error or anything else that could happen in the first of the two year warranty.

I am just asking for what we paid for, and since the transmission didn't make it 6 months, we should be paid back in full since she sold us  a out of warranty part and even said that she had it sitting for a long time, was very misleading and sold us something she knew was out of warranty.

Please let me know what needs to be done from here

Yes we did get a payment of $2000.00 shortly after we had the problem,

It was supposed to be a partial payment towards the total balance due but we never got anything else and they are not doing anything about it

Please let me know if you need anything else
