    We have been charged for a gym membership by this location repeatedly despite submitting a cancellation request in writing to the gym a minimum of 3 times. I requested the gym membership be cancelled in January 2022 -- we have continued to be charged $50 or $39 a month each month since (currently June 2022), totaling over $250. We have called multiple times, and they have ignored our calls or not returned them. We have sent multiple emails - I received a reply in May 2022 that our membership would be cancelled, but they continued to charge us this month in June 2022. I don't know what else to do to make them stop charging us for a membership we want cancelled. We are requesting a refund.

    We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have documentation of a written request for cancellation, repeatedly, since January 2022.  We have been charged well over $250 for an unused membership.

    Hello ****** I went ahead and refunded the month of June back to the card thast **** had on file in the amount of $39,95. So you should see that in a few days. I also left **** a voice message with him. Sorry for the mix up and no clue why it charged you June. I seen my email that i said May would be your last month, so i took care of it.
