    I purchased a Telescopic pole from ****-pole company around April 2020. I had a one of the poles push buttons break off the bottom section of the pole. The pole has a 15 year warranty, that after the first year, have a minimal fee for replacement parts.Ive called *************) a few times and left messages, and no one returns the call. I also sent at least two emails (********************************) with explanation of my problem and pictures, and no one has contacted me back. Ive done this over a period of several months.

    We have sent the customer an email this morning (3/3/25 at ****** EST) upon receiving the letter.  The email stated:

    Hello ****,

    We received a letter from the BBB.  We apologize that you have not been
    contacted back.  We went back through our emails, and unfortunately, we
    don't have anything in our emails (we checked Amazon, our website and
    our regular emails).

    We do have the replacement buttons available.  After one year, the
    button replacements are $5/each plus $4.95 shipping.  You can purchase
    the entire set of buttons, or you can purchase individual ones as
    needed.  If you want to purchase separate ones, please count the top
    most button as button #1 and moving down to the bottom button #4.

    We can email you a ****** invoice for the buttons you would like to
    purchase.  A ****** account is not required, as there is a guest
    checkout option.

    We look forward to hearing back from you and helping to get your
    flagpole back up and flying.  Please also include the best shipping
    address by ***************

    I wish to purchase their buttons,  The only issue I have now, is the business (Telepole) response did not provide good contact info for me to purchase the items they mention to resolve the issue?  The contact info I use on their website is not working for me.

    More *********** did get back with me eventually and did help to fix my problem.  It appears there was some unknown issue with them not seeing my emails.  Could have been just a technical issue.

    I hope thus works, wrote 1756 letters and they are gone.I have a collapsed flage pole. I sent the manufacturer photos. I can't send your office the photos, doesn't work. I have a 20 ft. TELE -POLE, I use it for the Underground Weather station, old pole 17 years old, it's great.The Problem:7/08/2021 I purchased a new style 25' Superior, P.O.# ***** ***, the owner has a complete parts lists of missing, poor assembly, ******* or parts failure. When section number 2 collapsed inside # 1 or main tube and named, I started looking at the rest of my now 15 ' pole. 5 tube had also collapsed inside #4, but they hadn't named.I called *** about that and the Groments/ Bushings as they were coming apart. Well they are made of Kevlar, mine aren't, they are plastic. OK, I'll send you repair kit, "after all my flag poles have a 15 year warranty:" I have sold over ******* flag poles and haven't had any problems. I thought, WOW, that's better than *******************.I pull flag pole out of ground , had very strong neighbor to pull it apart.Placed it on saw horse's in my garage, starting to disabilities of sections.Being an "old" former Apollo Aerospace age engineer, it was easy-going. I called ***, told him of extra hole drilled in base unit was cause of jam. Along with his tube of glue, 10 wood screws was a locking pin for the base looking Plat form. That was the warranty kit. *** felt that I should pay frieght. Parts were bent or missing because of poor workmanship, parts had fallen out when I was taking the unite apart.I told *** that I wanted the replacement parts, or he could pay a shop in ********* to weld one of them.I have sent him 14 emails, he claimed confusion, wow after ******* perfect units, I'd get confused. I have 3 sections that I would like replaced. Complete.I have a very through file of photos to document my complaint, as a former Expert Witness in Federal BK Court , I know the drill.

    The photos are very telling, however , I was unable to attach them due to operator error  I'm sure.

    Thank you for all your support. 
    After further review,  I have decided to  cut my losses and  move on by purchasing a new Flagpole from a not so flighty company. 
    After further  review of emails and phone conversations, I  feel that this company may have some mental health  issues and I feel  that it's  better  to move on.
