    I went to this car wash at one of their locations in *********** PA whenever I got there I immediately discovered that there was no option to pay with any coins or cash so that wasn't the issue it was perfectly fine so I just used my card to pay that I pulled into it registered my card and authorized it but the timer did not start and the buttons did not work so whenever I went to try it again I got the same results. I went to another Bay swipe my card the authorization went through and the buttons were working. I pushed the high pressure setting on the options to choose from and even that setting was a very very low pressure almost like it was clogged or damaged I tried the other buttons and got the same type of low pressure setting. I canceled that on the machine and considering that I had soap all over the vehicle still I went to another bag swipe the card authorized went through and this one was working great no complaints at that babe what's the weather I specifically remember looking at the time whenever I got done which was a little over 16 minutes that's equivalent to around 4 car washes if you would have purchased them individually which should have been no more than $3 a piece which gives you about 4 minutes totaling $12 give or take the next day I checked my account and they charged me $56x3 or 16 minutes I've called them numerous times everything will day for the past four days can't get anybody to answer the phone I sent a text message to the number provided by them no response I sent emails to them and they refused to answer any of my concerns they are completely ignoring me 100% I would like my money back in full as well as any other accumulated fees associated with this business because of them
