    Out of the five years Ive been apart of owning and operating a restaurant, Ive never been so lucky and so thankful to get the opportunity to work with someone like *****. Derivative mixology took what I had envisioned and not only made it doable, easy to implement, and teachable - but ***** was able to create something for our place that I never wouldve even dreamed of. My dad and I have talked so often about ***** and his cocktail program really being the cusp for us, as in it will be what really pushes us into the smooth sailing comfort zone of restaurant business. Ive made two or three really wonderful decisions for our restaurant and about 3000 terrible ones but I cant thank my lucky stars enough for the decision to work with derivative mixology. Oh, and if youre wondering - the drinks are fabulous. Our license (being a brewery) had a condition that we have to sell equal parts beer and equal parts hard liquor, which was never ever a concern when we had canned cocktails. Our beer beat any cocktail efforts by a large margin. Ive only implemented half of the cocktail ***** designed (saving the other five for a special release) and in two months, his cocktails are threatening to not only match but overtake our beer (and we have some solid beer lovers). 10/10, thank you *****! I would recommended him and his services to anyone and everyone.

    ***** helped my bar team create our concept, menu, and layout. I didn't realize how much really went into creating the whole vision beyond hiring good workers and serving good products but he really put into perspective how much standing out with a unique concept, designing the space to work for you, and elevating the products makes all the difference in the world. I thought it would help but honestly hiring him as a consultant was probably the difference between paying the rent and making a profit.
