    10 year of loyalty.returned with damaged clothes and no responsibility accepted.Took new pair of shorts and shirt after 1 wear and asked to be Dry Cleaned. Items are black and I did not want wash/laundered because black denim dye fades with washing. I specifically asked not to be washed but dry cleaned to avoid faded.They washed them anyway. .resulting in extreme fading of both items and they told me the care label called for machine wash and dry.Let me start by saying it is important to note that I had to drive to the location because neither the owner or management even had the decency to call me regarding my complaint of damaged clothes after I refused to accept them from the clerk and requested a callback When I arrived at the location I reminded them that I specifically asked for dry clean and not machine wash..I should have been called prior to any other action being taken rather than complete a service that I specifically said I did not want.I was told there was nothing they could do, they would not pay for replacement and I could go to the magistrate if I was not satisfied.I advised My order receipt says dry clean and press. They said Im sorry you feel that way. I responded.its not a feeling, its fact. You did something I specifically said I did not want done. It was done without my consent, you fail to take responsibility and tell me if I don't like it go to the magistrate.????So..everyone reading this know that your business will not be valued, your property not respected, and you take your clothes at your own risk.I do plan on taking this to the magistrate..not for the $ .but for principle, to be heard and let it be known that not everyone will roll over.I also will reach out to the media for a larger platform.
