    I purchased a vape pen at Premier Glass and Vape in Murrysville which was made by a company called YoCan based in China - the 2nd time I attempted to use it, it malfunctioned & when I went back to Premier Glass They said that all sales were final and I would have to go through the warranty which I attempted to do for 4 weeks only to be referred to a different warranty, who replied to my email by telling me that it was blocked and they could not receive it! I paid $60 for this vaporizer and someone is going to replace the malfunctioning mouthpiece because it is under warranty. I went to the actual store again yesterday to see if they could try and send an email to the warranty company located in China so that I can obtain the mouthpiece that I need and as I was standing there another customer came in, looked at the vaporizer in the box and commented to the owner that the Vaporizer was "a piece of crap" which only spurred the owner **** to defend himself further about how no one has ever had a problem with it. Clearly people have, he selling a product that does not have a legitimate warranty attached to it, he refuses to back his product up and is putting his customers in a position to make a purchase that is set up for failure and no way to get their money reimbursed or get warranty coverage for the product. THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IS DECEITFUL AND UNETHICAL! Instead of helping me and putting me in touch with someone where I can get the part that I need, He had the local police call me and tell me that I am not allowed back in his store or I will be trespassing! This is the type of business that **** from Premier glass and vape in Murrysville, PA runs... The type of business that sells products that do not have valid warranties and he refuses to help his customer after the sale of anything goes wrong. This is a man who yells at women and is abusive to his customers! Go anywhere else to purchase your product rather than support and unethical ignorant person like ****!

    I purchased 2 vape batteries for my vaping purposes within a 2 week period. No refunds. Thats 24 dollars. Purchased a cartridge. Purchased another cartridge, it was faulty. Received another cartridge replacement. Purchased another cartridge. It was faulty. Took it back couple of hours later. Got yelled out. He tried the battery. I demanded salesman to put the second faulty cartridge on his battery. He didnt want to. He said raising his voice, you need to buy a better cartridge. Basically I told him I been spending money and having to come back for replacements. He threw his battery at me I placed the 3rd cartridge I had and placed it on his battery, there was no vape coming out. I told him 10 dollars adds up. He was yelling what do you want me to do. I told him to give me a working cartridge he threw it at me and yelled here. I told him that bad business and was done and I did for him to go somewhere if you know what I mean. He apologized after he realized he was wrong and I said and youre mad at me. He apologized again as I continued to leave. By the way this final cartridge that hey threw at me, does not work. Save your money and ****** a better business. Ill never be going back.
