      Do not have anything to do with this company. they give you faulty equipment and they do everything they can to not give you a new unit. I changed my number over a year ago and repeatedly gave updates and they still sent to wrong address then make me spend over 7 hours total on phone call to say we are sorry we dont know what happened we will send you to another number and another number and another number and another number and another number and another number and another number and another number and another number and another number till you finally get po'd and never call again

      I submitted my request on January 21,2022 for the Philips recall. I used this machine for 6 years.Is and stop in January as soon as I heard about the recall. I was using it since I snore very loud & wake up in the middle of the night but also because my Doctor sent me to have a check X-ray and was told I had an enlarged heart from snoring that why I started using it. So now it’s been 10 months I keep calling because I have friends who did the recall after me and already receive theirs. I have a clogged Artery in my neck and an enlarged heart due to snoring, Family history of heart problems. Would like to know when I will receive one Thank you.

      I am a CPAC  user for three years and requested an factory recall replacement. It took over a year to get and replacement. Sent my unit back in which was in perfect shape. When received the replacement it was stained and very scratched up on face. Not very professional replacement. called call center for a total of 6 hour. First time for 2 hours disconnect call because it was. quitting time. Finally talked to someone I could get replacement with pictures. Call back to verify website for pictures and was told nothing they can do. So stuck with a messed up machine.

      I’m writing to see if you can help me with the replacement of my CPAP machine from a recall the company Philips called last summer on all of their CPAP machines and until this date the company has done nothing to replace it or repair it. I’m a VA patient with sleep apnea using CPAP machines for the past 3 years and my doctor told me to stop using the CPAP Philips machine because it was causing lung cancer to patients. I have registered my CPAP Philips machine with the Philips company on line for the replacement and several months have pass. I was told my request would be escalated 3 time and still no action on their part have taken place other than useless e-mails . I Hope your office can generate results to thousands of patients waiting for replacement of their CPAP machines. Why are they stalling, are just hoping we will die to save their money replacing the machines
