    Tim received my car through an insurance claim due to rear ended accident on 9/5/2023. On 10/27/2023 Tim told the insurance company my car was finished so the insurance closed my claim including payment for the rental car. At that time Tim knew my car wasn't finished. My bumper wasn't fixed, my rum wasn't replaced on my car neither was the alignment done. I had the work done checked by Firestone on 11/2/2023 by Firestone and they reported what was not done and needed. On 11/3/2023 Tim had mg car in his shop said he would then fix what was to be fixed still according to estimate. Again I picked my car up 11/20/2023 and my bumper was still not done, rim still never put on my car and wheel alignment not done. As of 1/7/2023 Tim has had my car still and my rim is still not on, bumper is still incomplete he left holes in my bumper and a alignment was still not done. Tim was given a check for over 2400 on 9/5/2023 that he cashed that I did not sign to be cashed and the work was not completed. I have come out of pocket for the rental car in the amount of $1238.73 because Tim lied and told the insurance company he fixed and finished my car but did not. I'm also asking for the payment for my bumper, alignment and rim install totaling 800. As of today 1/19/2023 and picking my car up again its still missing pieces and not completed. I am giving this option to remedy this situation or I will pursue this matter in the court. I do have messages, emails and photos to support my case and timeline and will only submit to the court if remedy can't be met through mediation. Thank you.
