    I placed an order on 5/22 from Opal and Rain for some handmade jewelry. On 6/6 I received an email saying it was shipped. Its a small business so I was patient. Just over a month went by and I had yet to receive my items. On 7/19 I reached to inquire on the whereabouts of my order. I received an automated email saying the shop will be in touch soon. The business only responds on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On 7/23 **** ******** replied back with an apology, explanation and stated she was resending my order with a new tracking number. I never received any new information after the initial reply on 7/23. I reached back out on 8/22 in that same email thread. I emailed separately again on 10/2 and 11/9. Each time just getting an auto reply email and nothing ********** has been months of waiting for these items. I feel I should be refunded and/or given replacement items. Ive taken screenshots of the email exchanges in the photos attached.
