    I contracted Poppy Flowers service for my upcoming wedding, August 24, 2025. When I came across the site, I signed in and shortly after Michelle E******* replied to my request. We start the talking about my needs and she provided suggestions on the flowers arrangements. The selection was very limited. That part was completed. On May 17, 2024 I issues the first deposit of $1,332.88 and the total of the contract was a little under 6K. I held a few conference calls with Michelle and to the last call I had two other individuals attending the call to help me to better understand the service which I have been worried about it. The same question I asked in the past, it was the same question one of my guest asked, can you provide us a sample of what the table arrangements are going to look like? Also, the customer those know the name of the florist that will be serving the day of the wedding till two weeks prior to the wedding. The venue has been asking me for the name of the florist to add to their vendor list. The situation was getting me to nervous, so I decided to cancel the contract with Poppy Flower because of their business plan. Today, I was reimbursed $852.88 out of $1,332.88 payment. I am looking for the BBB to investigate on this matter since as I customer I have the right to terminate service if the service does not meet my needs. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
