    This company is careless and irresponsible. They disregarded numerous emails, texts, and phone calls for weeks for a revision needed on an appraisal. The appraisal was transferred from a previous lender (JT appraisals were on their roster so this is permitted). We were in dire need of a small revision in order to close on time after a nightmare of a situation with the previous lender. All of the necessary steps were taken and everyone worked diligently to get to the closing table with the exception of JT. Instead of being responsive and helpful, the owner Jeff refused to make the simple changes on the appraisal at the very last minute and was very rude and condescending when he finally did respond almost 3 weeks later and days before closing. What sort of appraisal company does not answer emails or respond to clients needs that paid for their services? Totally unacceptable. This leaves the buyers that paid for his services in a terrible situation where they could end up homeless. JT doesn’t care, they only care about money and doing the bare minimum.
