    I ordered a vacuum pump part 6 weeks ago. I received an order confirmation email. I heard nothing for 3 weeks, then received a shipping notification that the item had been shipped. When I check the tracking number, it says that *** has not received the package. It has been 6 weeks. I have called and emailed company with zero responses. At this point, he has ran off with my money and provided no part in return. ***************************** is a thief and Vacuum Pump Supply is a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE! Order #****

    Hello,

    Responding to tis complaint. First, customer isn’t clear on his facts. His order was **** for $28.74. Customer was made aware of a slight delay for backordered product. He could have cancelled his order at any time. the item was shipped via ***. Customer was communicated the tracking number. After it ships, we no longer have the product and *** should have been called to find out why there was a delay. *** is here every day making deliveries and pick***. Customer received the product, and has not contacted us back or apologized for his nasty and inappropriate communications.*** ******************.

    Ordered vacuum filters from Vacuum Pump Supply in Nazareth, PA going on a month now. Tried calling and emailing this company and no response as of yet. This company has no respect for its customers or future customers. Customer service is terrible, will not be recommending them to anyone for future business.
