    Missing package that they say was delivered that is nowhere on property or with immediate neighbors. No signature or photo of delivery provided, tracking says delivered only. On 11/26 when I first contacted them ************************************************************** transit. 7 days later tracking still says delivered, no package still and theyre response is to contact the local police and its my problem.

    I ordered a customized xbox controller and a controller charging station for my son's birthday from DreamController.com, Which I was charged more than $250US plus delivery and never received the controller. After more than 4 weeks of waiting, past the promised delivery date and my son's birthday, I contacted the companies customer service to make them aware in hopes they would track the shipment or get a refund. After another month and 3 emails later, i tried contacting them again for an update and have not been responded to since. It's been 8 month now! No controller no refund

    We regret to hear that our customer had an unpleasant experience with her order from **. 

    We reached out to our courier and was confirmed that this order was delivered on August 21, 2023.To show our sincere apology, we have processed the refund and it should go back to the payment method she used when you processed her order. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

    We also wanted to apologize for not able to get back to her in time and for the inconvenience this situation caused. This is not the impression we wanted our customers to feel and we are going to take this opportunity to learn and do better in the future. 

    Once again, we apologize and thank you for giving us a chance to correct our mistakes.
