    Initially told vinyl fence install would have a 90 day lag time, which was fine. We understand. Once the day of install arrived we were called and told crew would be there next day, a Wednesday. No show/no call. Received phone call Weds night that crew would be there next day, a Thursday. No show/no call. No call on Thursday, so we assumed (correctly) that no one would be coming to begin teardown/reinstall of new fence on Friday. Following week, we called the company Wednesday to see what we could find out. ****, the VP, then told us HE would take over on the job, (that there had been a family emergency with one of the original crew members, which we totally understand), and thought perhaps things would go more smoothly with the install with him overseeing our project, an incorrect assumption as it turns out. The first crew sent out were new to doing fence installs. They were subcontractors. The were not supervised/overseen. (Which we hadnt known was being done, an error on our part for not insisting on Pro Block employees). Some of the posts were higher/lower than others, creating a strange/awkward/unprofessional appearance. The gate was wonky, with post on right side higher than left side. **** said that they'd done what he'd told them to do, and inferred that my husband was in the wrong for instructing **** to install the fence low to the ground. Enter ****** (*****) and *** into the picture. They came, they saw, they made all the wrongs right, and our 6 foot high privacy vinyl fence is now a thing of beauty. They should be paid more for all they did and I'm sure do on all their projects! ****, don't ever let these two go! They perform a valuable service, taking others' screw-ups and, with a smile, turning them into viable, beautiful, workable, wonderful jobs! Thank you, ******, and thank you, ***!! We are most pleased--now that you showed up to 'take care of business.'
