    Castle did my driveway in November of 2021. Everything looked great and I was pleased. Unfortunately, in May 2022, I had noticed that my driveway had sink marks from my small utility trailer tires. I have kept my trailer in the same spot for years so seeing the sink marks was concerning since the driveway was done 6 months earlier and the trailer had only been back in the driveway for a few weeks,

    I contacted castle about the issue and I got them to come out and do some fixes and seal driveway. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. The sinking is still occurring in this area.

    I have sent repeated emails and they have refused to respond. Hopefully you can help with resolution so I don't need to file in court.

    Prior to Castle getting the job, I was taken by another asphalt vendor that we had to go to court on and won. Unfortunately, winning in court and collecting losses are two totally different scenarios! The latter being more difficult. Castle was well aware of what happened with the previous contractor and assured me they were different.

    Hoping the BBB can help get them to do the repairs and job correctly.
